The Three Portals
Admin Portal
The full back-office experience. Admins have access to every feature: inventory management with bulk operations, full order lifecycle management, client CRM, brand administration, AI-powered supplier invoice import, profit analytics with charts, barcode scanner, email invoice delivery, CSV export, and monthly reports. The admin portal is the operational hub of UpFront.
Staff Portal
A scoped, focused view for team members. Staff can browse and manage the product catalog, create and edit orders, look up clients, view brands, and use the AI import tool. They work with the same live data as admins but don't have access to sensitive admin-only controls like deletions, the email outbox, or system configuration.
Client Storefront
A public-facing product catalog for your buyers. Clients browse your inventory by brand, search for products, add items to their cart, and place orders — all without needing an account. Orders land directly in the admin portal, and client information is automatically captured in your CRM. It's your professional digital catalog.
